Navaja is a Double IPA that changes each time we brew it, unless we don’t change it. This go-round is a little more aggressive. Heavy on Citra, Mosaic, and Columbus hops and Golden Promise malt; Navaja is a shredder rotating on all cylinders.
A rich and warming ale filled with the aromas and flavors of hundreds of pounds of Balaton cherries. Lightly sweet up front with a long, dry finish. It’s like a double IPA but instead of hops we used cherries.
Malt: Caramel, Chocolate, Munich, Oats, Pilsner, Roasted Barley, Special B Hops: Galena, Simcoe, Warrior Yeast: House Ale
Our Moscow Mule Ale is a tart and refreshing beer version of the classic cocktail. Loaded with lime zest and ginger over a kettle-soured base beer, Moscow Mule Ale tantalizes your tastebuds with tangy and effervescent flavors, finishing with a slight hint of spice from the ginger. It’s the perfect way to enjoy a Moscow Mule without the shaker or copper mug.
From their X-Reserve, a delicious White Ale.
Crisp, refreshing fruit, and it has what plants crave! Electrolytes!
Reminiscence of a rich, creamy bowl of ice cream, Mint Chocolate Chip Crunch will cure your cravings for something sweet and satisfying. The subtle addition of mint complements the deep chocolate flavors both from the roasted malts and chocolate.
Tart and refreshing with a smooth creamy finish. Malty notes of graham cracker crust and whipped cream topping help balance this firmly bitter session ale.
This is a Lagunitas-ified version of a traditional farmhouse ale, aged in red wine oak barrels and funkied up with Brettanomyces yeast. It’s a golden saison-sour with a nice tartness that leaves your buds quenched and wanting more. Proost!
This crisp and refreshing American Pale Ale has a moderate hop flavor with a big kick of citrus and mango aroma. Oat malt provides a silky smooth body but be careful if they start sliding down easy. You don't want to get "Blow'd Out."
And so it was written....... According to Mayan and Hopi calendars the "transition from one world age to another" will happen on December 21, 2012. As an homage to the "transition" DC Brau has concocted an Imperial IPA named "On the Wings of Armageddon".
Named for the sunken SS Atlantus, a retired WWI concrete ship visible from Cape May's Sunset Beach, our Concrete Ship is a full-bodied Russian Imperial Stout. With just a touch of heat coming through thanks to the high ABV, we've perfectly melded the roasted barley and chocolate malts together, giving the final brew rich notes of cocoa and coffee. Bold yet insanely drinkable, Concrete Ship has a velvety smooth texture that won't sink you.
