This beer is our take on the classic Pilsner style with a twist. Using Denali and Calypso hops, this beer exerts a fruity, tropical aroma while finishing with a slight hop bitterness.

Impossibly reddish in color (due to the beets) with nitro cascade fading into a pink cap of stable foam, great clarity. Seeing the beer in the glass shows the obvious resemblance to a slice of red velvet cake (red cake on the bottom topped with a layer of creamy white frosting). But the similarities don’t end there. The aroma is dominated by chocolate with earthy notes of beets and subtle wafts of roast coco. The flavor is similar to the aroma but with faint roast and hop bitterness coming in at the end balance it out, not cloying or overly sweet. The mouthfeel is medium and the finish is luxuriously smooth. It’s dessert served in a pint glass!
Summerfest is a delightfully refreshing example of a traditional style lager beer. While lighter in body than our ales, Summerfest displays significant hop aroma and a tangy hop bite. The long lagering period adds a smoothness that makes this beer a great summertime treat.
Originally brewed as a collaboration between Boulevard's Brewmaster Steven Pauwels and Side Project Brewing owner/brewer Cory King, Show Me Sour was inspired by their mutual admiration for low ABV, Belgian table beers. A touch of acidity, some dehusked black malts for a rich, dark color, plus a short time in whiskey barrels before being blended back with fresh beer, make for a unique and inviting beer that's our play on a whiskey sour.
A Sour Porter brewed with black currants
Our interpretation of a traditional Belgian wheat beer. Brewed with a generous portion of wheat and spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel, this beer is fruity, refreshing and slightly cloudy in appearance.
We've combined the clean, puckering tartness of kettle souring with an abundance of juicy, citrus-driven hops to create a beer that’s the best of both worlds - Tart n' Juicy Sour® IPA.
The Tatler is one of the juiciest, most floral IPA's ever brewed at MBC. With a 100% pils base and all whirlpool hops, The Tatler is re-fermented with nearly 300 pounds of ripe tangerines. Double dry-hopping with Mandarina, Citra, and Cascade rounds out this beer with a bright, citrus-forward burst of flavor
